Dr. Mati Hanish grew up in Prior Lake, Minnesota.

She pursued her Bachelor's degree in Animal Science at The University of Minnesota. She then moved to St. Kitts where she attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine.

Dr. Hanish has a passion for integrative medicine, general practice, and surgery. She is married to her husband Alejandro and they have 2 dogs (Vidia and Ringo) and 5 cats (Violet, Mooncake, Reina, Poe, and Sagwa). In her free time Dr. Hanish enjoys Kiteboarding and freediving as well as relaxing with her animals.
