Dr. Wes Blount - Veterinarian

Dr. Wes Blount was born and raised in Waycross, Georgia and graduated from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine in 2007.

Wes grew up working alongside his uncle in his vet clinic in Waycross and knew from an early age that veterinary medicine was his calling. After graduating, Wes returned to his uncle's animal clinic until he opened Seaside Veterinary Hospital in 2014.

Wes is married to his high school girlfriend, Laura, and they have two children - Sam & Ella Kate. Additionally, they have a cat, Abraham, and a yellow lab, Doc.

Wes enjoys all things sports and outdoors-related and loves the variety of challenges and opportunities that each day as a vet brings.
